WHY NATIONWIDE EXHIBITION HIRE?

Nationwide Exhibition Hire are well respected within the exhibition industry, our management team have over 25 years of international industry experience which we gladly share with every client enabling them to gain from our experiences. We have our own comprehensive manufacturing facilities and operate both Nationwide and Internationally.

WHY DO I NEED TO PROVIDE YOU WITH A BUDGET?

Each stand is designed to meet your specific requirements however, the general look and feel can usually be achieved in many ways by utilising different materials but of course these different materials come with different prices, by matching what  you want with how much you wish to spend determines the look and feel and ultimately  allows us to present you with the best design, finishes and value for money that we can.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A SYSTEM STAND & A CUSTOM STAND?

System stands use modular aluminium components as the basis of their structure, they are usually faster to build, more portable better for rebuilds and cheaper than custom-built stands however, this is not always the case and can be as simple or as complex as required. The aluminium components can be purchase but are usually hired.

 

Custom-built stands are usually manufactured from scratch using wood but can be constructed with any combination of materials, they are generally a more impressive and expensive option as the freedom of creating everything from scratch allows for greater creativity and better finishes however, these stands are generally less flexible. Custom created stands and components are usually purchased but can be hired.

CAN I REUSE MY STAND?

Yes, both system and custom stands can be re used however; the cost of storage (if applicable), refinishing, transport and rebuilding is usually greater for a custom stand than it is for a system one. If you think that the stand may be used more than once it is best if we know this at the initial design stage, so that we can cater for this requirement.

DO I NEED TO GET MY STAND DESIGN APPROVED?

Nationwide Exhibition Hire will look after all of the stand approval processes for you so you can have complete peace of mind.

CAN YOU ARRANGE FOR STORAGE OF MY STAND & HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

Yes, we can arrange storage for your stand and often it’s free, please discuss this with us prior to designing if possible.

WHAT ARE THE ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS?

Sized artwork must be submitted by the client, print-ready, to Nationwide Exhibition Hire as per the schedule on your quotation, usually around 20 working days before the stand leaves our premises.

 

Artwork for digital print reproduction:
Set up to 100% size, supplied in hi-res PDF format only (all text to be converted to curves)

 

No sample proofs will be run for approval without a supplied chromalin/colour match reference.

 

For critical CI colour matches, Nationwide Exhibition Hire shall not be held liable for colour irregularities if a chromalin or approved colour reference not be supplied with the artwork.

 

Failure to supply artwork to the above specifications may lead to a delay in the print job and incur additional costs due to necessary DTP time to prepare ready artwork.
