Free Design & Quote

Utilising the latest technology & design systems ensures that our designers have all the tools they need to create a perfect stand. Their experience & professionalism ensures our clients get the same attention to detail stand after stand regardless of size or value.

 

Part of the personal service we offer incorporates a free stand design and quotation service so you don’t have to worry about unnecessary additional costs eating at your budget, this also includes any amendments that are made as we mould the design into your perfect stand.

Stand Construction

Where possible all stands & components are manufactured in house. The stands are prebuilt before having a final checked & then dismantled & sent to the exhibition. Where possible they are constructed on site by the same team that created them, as this process allows us to control the quality, costs, timelines & our environmental footprint for every stand whilst providing our clients with the very best stand & service.

Materials

We  select materials that are ‘best for the job’, taking into consideration the look, practicality & cost regardless of whether the stand is a full custom or aluminium system stand. We also ensure our materials are environmentally friendly and we strive for sustainability wherever possible.

Electrical, Lighting & A/V

Lighting and AV are very similar to the furniture on your stand in the way they strongly influence the look & feel of it, so while having an obvious practical reason for being there deeper thought is needed. We carry a good range of both lighting and AV options however; because these items evolve so quickly we often hire them from associate companies thereby ensuring the best options for our clients are utilised.

Furniture & Plants

This is such an integral part of a stand and should be given far more consideration than it often is, the right furniture will not only be functional but will enhance to look and feel of your stand. Remarkably this is often over looked and needn’t be expensive that’s why we won’t give you a catalogue with over used images in it but instead we will suggest items that will look and feel like they are meant to, we are happy to purchase or manufacture a bespoke piece if that’s what’s needed.

Signage & Graphics

Gone are the days of basic vinyl graphics, whilst they are still used they have been surpassed by so many options, we will incorporate the best one for your design taking into consideration things like cost, size limitations, reusability etc… ensuring the perfect look.

Catering & Special Requests

This is something that some companies ‘can’t live without’ and others ‘never do’ however, with so many options being available it deserves consideration. We will be happy to discuss some options and how they could add value to your stand as well as organise them on your behalf should you require.

Stand Approval & Compliance

All exhibition stand designs need to go through an approval process prior to being constructed, this usually means sending the design to both the exhibition organiser and venue where it is scrutinised to ensure that it meets the OH&S requirements as well as any exhibition specific criteria. We take care of this process for our clients and because of our extensive experience this usually means that any possible issues are resolved early in the design process ensuring a trouble free build.

Transportation, Installation & Dismantle

The method of  transport  and selection of labour are decided on a stand by stand basis taking into consideration time, cost and effectiveness. There are many options including keeping a stand at a specific location for a second exhibition or moving it directly from one to another, we even drive them around the country ourselves if we think it best after all; we take care of your stands.

Client Handover & During the show

We will be there to hand-over the completed stand at the allocated exhibitor move in time.  This will give you the chance to inspect the stand and ask any questions you may have.  We are there to ensure you are satisfied and assist with anything else you may need.  We are also usually in the area during the exhibition, so if you have anything pop up that requires our attention, we can be there as soon as possible.

After the show & Stand Storage

A good way to maximise your investment is to reuse the stand and its components, this will mean storing it during the months that it’s not used and that can be expensive; normally that is cause for concern and careful consideration however; Nationwide Exhibition Hire offers FREE storage to many of its clients and could do so for you – please enquire.
